Yours is GORGEOUS! I love your wedding band as well!
My only “complaint” about this shape diamond is that the sharp edges pop my gloves at work pretty often, but I honestly kinda love that about it too hehe (and my patients always get a kick out of it)

Awww thank you so much!! I never paid much attention to the marquise stone shape until we got engaged.... but it is my absolute favorite now! And that's too funny, I love it lol! At first, I was nervous that I was going to hurt myself or others with the sharp edges of the stone, but I've had no problems with it. Do you know what kind of wedding band you'll get?

His mother has a marquise e-ring as well, so she warned me before designing it that it could catch on things. Honestly, gloves at work are the only time I have trouble.
As for my wedding band, we’re going to create a stack of multiple white gold bands with different stone shapes/sizes and settings.
This thanksgiving will be 1 year of engagement and I’ll get the 1st one. Then next August when we get married, I’ll get the 2nd one. 1st year of marriage, I’ll get a 3rd, 1st baby, I’ll get a fourth. So on and so forth.

I asked Liz first, the Saturdaybefore Easter Sunday (early Easter egg hunt/ follow the clues till you find me). I don't have my ring yet. She is waiting for the right moment and surprise me with my ring.
