What nickname or pet name do you call your partner?

Squishy. It feels kind of weird to say his name sometimes.

Occasionally I call him babe or hun but I call A LOT of people hun. When we get to joking around he calls me old lady (long story, but it totally fits) so I'll call him old man (also fits because he's 13 years older)

I have about 1000 nicknames for him (and for each one of my pets - I'm a nickname person). At this point in our relationship they tend to have evolved to the point of just being random sounds, schmoopy, hunbun, smoops, bubs... they probably made sense at one point but they've been through so many iterations that now I could probably use any combination of sounds and he'd answer. Much like Lynnie, if I'm getting annoyed they change, so if I'm calling him darling or sweetness he's probably in trouble, lol. We never call each other by our names, if he calls me "Jo" I'm immediately on edge and wondering what's going on.

My FH kept trying to text "I love you too" but it kept auto correcting to "I love you roo" for some reason so it became an inside joke and he calls me Roo now.

We also use babe, sweetie, and we joke and use boo, sugar britches, hot stuff, sexy, and others just for fun.

That story about the texts is hilarious. We have a joke about "Yoy", a made up fake secret lover, who comes up whenever one of us mistypes "I love you" as "I love yoy".

I always call him Hunk and he calls me gorgeous. I don't know that I've ever heard him call me any other pet name

So we use babe quite often. But he calls me Koala or Koala Bear and I call him Lovebug. that started like 5 years ago near the beginning of our relationship but neither of us remember why 🙃 I think my next tattoo will be sometime after the wedding and I'm going to get a koala somewhere rather than a name tattoo for him. I'd get a lovebug but idk what one looks like!

He calls me Goofy - it was his nickname for me back in elementary school. I call him Sweetie. He calls me Sweetie or Sweat Pea or Sweetness as well. I also call him "Actual Factual" as he is very scientific about things.

I call him Hun or babe. He calls me cupcake, cinnamon bun, or Hun. I don't remember how or when he started calling me them but he has been calling me them for as long as I can remember.

I just call him Bubby, Big Bear. To him, I'm Babycakes or Little Bear. 🐻

I call him "bae". Yep, were those people. 😂

Babe or Cheese is what I call him. He always call me babe.

I usually call him sweetie or babe if i call him by a pet name. But it's usually just his name. He usually calls me marble. lol

I don't call him any names and it drives him absolutely nuts. I've never been into nicknames. Maybe because my parents didn't do that? Zero relationships have I ever used them. I keep almost doing it but it feels weird the idea of calling him honey or baby.

That being said he calls me baby and I know he's annoyed with me when he calls me Rebecca lol.

My love and he calls me little missy. I'm never called Erica by him. It's always little missy!

He calls me BreBre && I call him bubba or bubs

We say “bb” (baby really quick) a lot when we’re being cutesy or silly, or we’ll call each other stinky (out of love, of course!)

Sometimes I call him sweetie, or (long story) I refer to him as "my dragon". He doesn't really do pet names.

I call him sweetheart or baby. He just calls me baby.
