What is your wedding/reception theme

Our theme was "wedding."

We don't have an official theme, though a lot of our decorations and such (guest book, escort card holders, vow books, etc) all follow a forest theme.

We didn’t have a theme but our colors were mint and blush pink

Our wedding will be creative black tie attire and I guess our theme is somewhat of a vintage Hollywood with marble being our main color scheme to match our invitation suite. There will be pops of navy, wine and blue with silver accents.

I love that you took things that make each of you unique & combined them into a celebration that represents the both of you!
We are doing a Smashing Pumpkins theme for our wedding (that’s a band from the 1990s for any super young ‘uns that may not know lol). Fiancé and I are pretty much complete opposites when it comes to our interests and aesthetics. I know he would have gone along with whatever I wanted, but I really wanted some thing that represented both of us. Music is one of the few things we have in common, and both have a huge passion for. The Smashing Pumpkins specifically holds a lot of significance for both of us- both separately and as a couple. We are drawing the majority of our inspiration from their latest tour, which is very heavily celestial inspired; but there will be nods to their early 90s days hidden throughout as well.

We had a color scheme for flowers/invitations/decor. Other than that, our theme was "wedding."

We are having a Disney theme with the colors being navy, desert coral, and grey! All of our centerpieces will be based on different Disney movies. We also are having Disney songs for our ceremony and reception. Plus signature cocktails that are Disney themed. Our guest book looks like the scrapbook from Up and our card box is a mailbox decorated like the one from Up! It's been a lot of fun planning out all the little details.

This will be the inspiration for our ceremony, which will be outdoors. I am going to hang twinkle lights and stars similar to these from the trees. We will also have these lanterns lining the “aisle”
The design embossed in the glass is almost identical to a symbol that was used repetitively during the concert. We will be walking down the aisle to a Smashing Pumpkins song played by a string quartet. My fiancé and I’s wardrobe will be a nod to the Ava Adore music video. My jewelry will be inspired by the celestial imagery from this tour. Most of the visuals during the concert were black and gold, with pops of color, which will be our color scheme. During the concert they also used lots of images of tarot cards, so we will be having a tarot reader during our cocktail hour and reception. All the TVs in the venue will be streaming celestial imagery, including images from the Smashing Pumpkins music videos and most recent tour.

I'm having a "Midnight Romance" theme to gi with our navy blue and gold colors, we're also going to tie our favors in the theme, we're giving a pair of coasters and a wine glass along with a mini candle I'm making. I love all these ideas

I am BIG on doing things tastefully and for me a theme needs to be all or nothing and can become quite laborious and a big commitment financially.

For us, I love fresh flowers so we are basing our ‘theme’ on colours. We have an opulent heritage venue which will be decorated with burgundy and blush flowers to compliment the space without taking away from it.

"Low Key" yet "Moody + Romantic"

We Dont Have A Specific Theme-But I Plan On Having Burgundy Uplighting , Candles Everywhere Along With Florals. Romantic iGuess You Could Say.

I didn’t realize I had a theme until I really started looking at things. We are having a “hidden Disney” theme because I LOVE Disney but my fiancé does not. He didn’t want me to not be able to incorporate Disney because it’s something I love so much, so we have a lot of hidden Mickeys incorporated into our decor, such as Mickeys in the Mr. and Mrs. sign we have, Mickey on my garters, Mickeys will be in my bouquet, our guest book is a castle, and I might be wearing Mickey earrings. We are also playing Be Our Guest for dinner and our BP is walking down the aisle to an instrumental of Beauty and the Beast that my FH actually picked. So that’s kind of my theme!
