what is your mother or fmil wearing?

Here's my moms dress. i'm not sure what my mil will be wearing though. this is by caterina from jordan's fashions

These are the dresses our mothers wore. They are Jkara dresses. My MIL got hers online through Dillards for about $200. I found my moms on ebay brand new for $50. I wish I would have found that deal before my MIL ordered hers.

This is what my mom is wearing, from davids bridal, and FMIL is wearing a coture(SP?) gown that was 3 times the amount of my dress, can't wait to see that one *shakes head*

The moms, and DH's grandmother, all wore black pantsuits with a bit of sparkle. They actually didn't plan that out - it was a total coincidence! I never bothered to tell them what to wear, just what the wedding colors were. Mom found her Anne Klein suit at Marshall's and says she'll wear it again.

Forgive me if im annoying with my lack of wedding know how...but ive been wondeirng a similar question all this time...are the MOB and FMIL supposed to wear colors or dresses similar to that of the BP? like should the colors be coordinated. My girls are all wearing Plum with gold accents... should my mother wear plum then? or maybe a lavender? or champagne? idk. or can she wear whatever color she pleases?

I haven't even thought of that yet, nice reminder, I've only thought of their colors so far

I have no clue I will let my mom pick out what she wants but my FMIL she might need some help lol

now i feel dumb that i didnt even know that the colors were supposed to be coordinated!!! ughhhh all of my BP is in tea length plum. And my DEAR fmil bought her dress already...in floor length navy.... ugh whatever she can look like an arse but i need my momma to look fab!

I honestly have no idea what my mother is wearing. She is a big lady and she didn't want to tell me her size so I could find an outfit. She told me she has a white outfit she could wear and I agreed and told my FMIL to wear white. I wanted them to both wear my color of purple but now they are wearing white outfits of their choice. I will be getting them lavender corsages.
