What is your Marriage Motto?

Ours was "To Our Glittering Future"

"Live, love, laugh"

Live as if it was your last, love til your dying day, and laugh til you can't breathe...that's our marriage motto.

No real marriage motto but we joke that there is no return policy!

So we need to work it out.

Don't Worry, Be Happy.....dooooo dooo dooo dooooooo

I've never thought about a marriage motto, but the thing we say to each other is "all the things." We're all the things to each other.

You know, you have a list in your head of who that other person might be, and you think, if I get 80% of that list, I'll be deliriously happy. But we got 100%.

All the things.

BAHAHAHA Amy A, FH says that all the time Also you know that song "Pictures of you...Pictures of me...all upon your wall for the world to see" He'll just sing "Pictures of Me!!! Pictures of Me!!!!" He's fun!

I have never thought of one but our website asks if we have a "tagline" so I guess it wouldn't hurt to do so LOL thanks for the ideas ladies!

"We'll Always Have Paris."

No matter what happens we have the memories (ie Paris, but only figuratively) to bind us and sustain us.

"always and ever"

we've been saying it to each other for years, so I guess it kind of stuck

To infinity and beyond.

Ok, yes, not exactly "original" but it's what we say to each other all the time. We both put it at the end of our vows that we wrote ourselves and didn't show each other beforehand.

That's hilarious @Amy A! I say that to J all the time.

So two? between "What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine!"

A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.

" Friends Reunited, Love Ignited " we chose this because we were childhood friends until he moved away when he was about 12 years old. We met up again 17 years later and here we are planning forever together :-)

' I'll follow you into the eye of the storm, meaning we will always be with each other when times are hard no matter what.. between custody issues with ex, motorcycle wreak, death of two of my family menbers, and since I have a teenage daughter... drama with her... he's been a true hero standing strong thur it all.
