What is your favorite Diy?

Hey all!

Last night I finished up the rest of my DIYs and I wanted to share my favorite thing I made for my wedding. All it cost me was $3.00! One picture frame (for the glass), two foam blocks all from the dollar store. I also used some of my leftover Sola wood flowers, faux greenery and acrylic paint I had on hand.

This will sit in front of our card box.

Sorry the photo is a little tilted, I promise the glass is straight in real life lol.

    That is so pretty !
I think the only thing that I did that was truly DIY were my centerpieces everything else was kind of like semi homemade

I don't do DIY lol. I had to practice tying a bow on the Tiffany's favor box and it was the worst experience of my life. However, this is a DIY I will be doing as a gift for my three guests.

Very pretty!! I love the Sola flowers. Creative idea on using the picture frame glass, too!

Nice job! It’s funny because I’ve always been artsy and love doing crafts (I even co-owned a scrapbooking business in the early 2000’s when that was popular). But I have zero desire to do DIY for the wedding and would simply rather pay 🤦🏽‍♀️. Perhaps, with the postponement to next October, I might get an itch to do something. But as it stands… Nope! 😂

Thank you! We are on a tight budget so I made just about everything my self. If I had the budget for it I probably would too lol.

It took a lot of videos and tutorials but I got it. Yeah I like giving practical gifts so I figured these would be great and since I have only three guests coming I can afford this. Thinking to put in a mason jar though.

Awwww thanks. Since we like to drink I thought this would be fun. I am going to get personalized mason jars.

For me, it’s just my pure laziness, brought on by this pandemic.

Oh, I have been lucky enough to be working every day as normal, so I have still been motivated.

These are my favorites so far! Our wedding is 95% DIY haha
Milk can decor cost a total of $10 just for the decal since we got the milk can for free, had old paint already, and had the bow material from a prior event. $3 box on sale from hobby lobby and a little bit of paint and stain we had laying around and tada we have our card box.
Then our guest board we'll be having people sign. Board we got from an old friend that had no use for it anymore. $2 stencils and again with our paint and stain 😊

This looks awesome. I always think about trying some diy but it's not really my strong suit lol. Great job 🙂

Ditto... still working daily (99% from home thank goodness). Instead of DIY’ing, I’ve just been shopping and re-decorating our house. But your post has me semi-motivated to think of at least one thing I’ll DIY for the wedding 🤔

Super cute! I love it! I was gonna make those mini bars in a jar for the groomsmen gifts too.
