What is an appropriate day of coordinator gift?

I would skip the gift and give her a cash tip. That’s what people in the service industry really want.

Agree with Cece. Cash tip would be best. Our venue included tip for our coordinator but we’re going to give her an extra tip because she’s been super helpful.

Skip the gift unless she has gone WAY above and beyond the call of duty. Wait until after the wedding is over by at least a week before you assess who gets tips.

If you don't want to do cash I d get a Visa or American Express gift card and a candle or nice box of chocolates.

I feel super naive and dumb, it did not occur to me to give tips to my venue, when I am already paying them $13k plus. It’s all inclusive for much of it and the day of coordinator is multiple girls (I’ve interacted with all of them). I’m generally a nice tipper at restaurants or any service but as far as my wedding venue for some reason I just didn’t think of it. Yikes, I guess I have to figure that cost in. I’m tipping my DJ and florist but those are my only two vendors. How much do you tip on this especially when no one person has helped? Glad I saw this post.
