What Games Will Be Played At Your Pre-Wedding Events?

I got married in 2019 and two games we played at my shower were name that song and what's in your purse. People also gave us advice on little cards. I was maid of honor in my brother's wedding a couple of years ago and we played bingo and a ring game where everyone had a ring, but couldn't say bride or wedding and if they did they had to give their ring to the person they said the word to and the person with the most rings at the end won.

At my shower we played an emoji saying game. Typical wedding things were written in emojis and the guests had to guess them. She also made one up that described how he proposed 👰‍♀️🛁=bridal shower
My sister also interviewed my husband and then asked me the questions at the shower. I had to guess his answers and my guests had to guess how many I’d get right. (His favorite food. If I was an animal what animal would I be? A fire breathing dragon. Really?! I got that one wrong, lol).

We had a co-ed shower, so my MOH organized a trivia game with a twist.

Everyone had to answer questions about us - and then we had to answer them *as well*. So, points were awarded for being right, but if DH and I were wrong about each other... it got pretty funny.

There might have been other games planned, but we were all having fun talking.

One game a friend played at her shower was so much fun and never seen it before. Someone asked the groom a list of questions (30 or so ?) asking how well he knew the bride and he was filmed via a GoPro. At the shower the bride was asked the same questions while his video was shown on a tv. Any that did not match, she had to chew a piece of gum and add to it with any incorrect answers.

We are having a "couples shower" in september.
At our engagement party, we played 2 games:
1: The shoe game (but with dolls instead of shoes). We both love this game but we don't want it at our reception, so our guests can start drinking,dancing and mingling sooner.
2: The get to know you better quizz:, designed to force you to reveal "secrets" and embarrassing stories. You have to answer questions starting with "Have you ever ...?", by raising a mitten: the green one means "yes", the red one means "no".
For example: Have you ever been drunk before noon?
Have you ever looked through your
partner's phone without their permission?
Have you ever seen at least one of your parents naked?
Have you ever been upset with your partner after a "not tonight,I've got a headache"?
This is funny if you tell the truth.
