What Does Your Reception Space Look Like?

Our ceremony and reception are being held at the same place. Figured it would be a lot easier and both locations are gorgeous! They also have an indoor ceremony thats breathtaking so if the weather isn’t on our side we can still have a nice ceremony spot. (I’m an over thinker so having a nice outdoor and indoor ceremony location def takes off that added stress).

I also really like how the seating at the ceremony is arranged in an arc rather than straight rows. I am also holding both my ceremony and reception at the same place - makes it a lot easier! My reception venue.

At a Golf Club and I just love seeing the Mountain in the background!

The outside garden, not having the ceremony here, but we will still use this area and set up some tables and bring lawn games.

Thank you! I'm not sure yet, but I just know I want to incorporate using that area for something.

We got married in July 2019 at a hotel. Our ceremony was in the lobby, cocktail hour was in a pre-function area, and the reception was in the ballroom. We could have had cocktail hour in the lobby as we'll, but we decided it wasn't worth it to pay $1,500.

I don’t have great pictures on my phone. Our ceremony and reception were in different places. I fell in love with the exposed brick and beams in our space. There was original hardwood floors in the cocktail hr space.

Ours is also in the same place as our ceremony (an urban winery in Chicago). I love the vibe, and the wine bottle-lined walls are so gorgeous. I can't wait to make an entrance going down that winding staircase .
