What Do Y'all Think About Maggie Sottero as a Designer?

I tried on several from across the various lines. My favorite was a Sottero Midgley - it was miles beyond the others I tried on from the other lines. It was gorgeous it was just to overstated for my island nuptials! I agree with some of the others though, there seemed to be a dramatic variance in quality (even in the same Maggie line) and a few dresses I thought were awesome in pictures, did not look so good in person. I would never order one of their dresses online because of this variance, but there are some that are amazing (several examples in this thread) and beautifully made.

I have Grace from her Rebecca Ingram line. It's been my favorite since I began looking a year ago. It was about 1300 plus tax. Can't wait for it to come in 6-8 months

I have the Meryl gown. I love it, it's so lightweight and it has tiny polka dots on the overlay!

One I'd get dresses, Winifred, was a top contender for my dress. Great quality, beautifully crafted and very affordable. I think it was around $1300.

I love Maggie Sottero dresses always have even before I was engaged. I was nervous when I started trying them on bc I'm short and on the heavier side but I fell in love with her "Kamiya" dress. Don't mind this picture it's from my most recent fitting where I actually lost more weight so they have to take it in. Pricing was decent right under $1500 and it took about 8months to come in. It looks heavy but it's not. Allure was also in the running but I just felt really amazing in the Maggie one. Don't know why I didn't do a front picture but oh well.

I actually ended up wearing a Justin Alexander dress with beautiful buttons down the back. Not only was it not an illusion dress, it also wasn’t even A-line! I got something totally different than I went in dreaming of.
