What do people usually write in their about us section of their wedding website?

It's not a requirement to have all the parts that come default with the site creator. We chose to leave that section out.

I'm sure it just sounds corny because you guys lived it, your guests will probably find it sweet. It'd be there for those who want to read it to do so, but if guests don't wanna bother then they can just skip that tab.

Put what makes you both comfortable. Maybe a summary of your relationship, with a few well chosen sweet/funny/fond memories thrown in at different points?

We also chose to leave that out.

Yeah, you don't have to write an about us. My friend just had a "why he/she loves her/him" and they had a section of each of their views on the future. You don't have to be overly cheesy with your about me if you did go that way. Or don't do anything at all.

How we met

We met in 1965, in the fourth grade.

We haven't changed a bit, have we?

(and posted our fourth grade pictures hahahahaha)

In ours I had an Our Lovestory section where I wrote how we met, got engaged etc. and then I had a His & Hers section where I wrote little bios about each of us, you can take a look at ours if you like

I put a picture of each of us.

I didn't have an about us. We're inviting people who should already know who we are. Well... Minus my parents 50+ friends but I don't care for them to get to know me.

I tried to keep it short and sweet since most people should already know most of what i put. Mainly how we met and a few things in between. Maybe some funny facts or things ppl may not know about you both. I split it onto 3 sections, the story, the proposal, and the honeymoon.

This why I am not doing one. I don't want it to be corny. And everyone already knows us anyway, so why do I need to tell our story all over again? And I am thinking most people won't even bother to look at our website anyway.
