What do people think about short wedding dresses ?

I am wearing a short dress! And it is not a traditional wedding dress, nor is it a traditional wedding. I think short dresses are just fine and just as pretty as long gowns, in fact some are even prettier than long gowns. And very comfortable! Good luck!

I personally love the dress you have picked out. It's your wedding...you need to do what makes you happy.

I was dead set on a short dress. I never wear long skirts/dresses, so I didn't think I'd go for it for my wedding either. I tried on a few, and I really liked them, but I ultimately fell in love with the first full-length gown the consultant put me in.

The point is, if a short dress makes you feel like a bride, go for it! As long as you love your dress and are comfortable in it, that's what matters.

Not only do I think short dresses are okay, I think that the dress you've picked out is GORGEOUS!

I think that you should wear whatever will make you feel beautiful and confident. I do not like wearing white or pastel colors, so I will be wearing navy blue. I wanted to wear a short dress, but that's just about the only thing my partner said he isn't okay with. Given that we're having our wedding in November, a floor-length gown won't look out of place, so I agreed. But I love short wedding dresses.
