What did you forget?

I am paranoid, and I am sure I will forget something on my wedding day. Is there anything that you forgot to take with you or forgot to do on your big day?

We're not married yet, but my biggest fear is forgetting the license. I'm not sure why, but I just keep forgetting about it! And that's the 2nd most important thing (behind the groom)!

Yes scissors to cut tags. I bought a second dress to change into. I didn't take the tag off incase I don't wear it.

Or maybe you may need to cut thread? Hey you never know what will come up

Scissors for tags off the dress, any loose thread, one wedding I was in, after my hair was up there was this one piece that would not lay flat so I just clipped it. You would be shocked how much scissors come in handy.

If you have to sew something - you will need scissors. I've been to weddings where rental tuxes lost buttons, BM dresses started falling apart due to shoddy alterations, and flower bouquet ribbon wraps started fraying, and we cut the frayed edge, then we used a lighter to melt the ribbon. I've also been to a wedding where the bride decided 30 min before the wedding that she hated the netting under her lace sleeves - so we cut it out before the wedding!

Scissors are useful if you're doing your own decorations too I would imagine .. but definitely a requirement for if you have to sew something (or cut tags off!!!). I'm packing my bags this weekend!!! woO!

    Pretty panties!

I had an out of town wedding, so my husband and I left a few days before our guests and bridal party.

On the way there, I realized that I had forgotten to buy/bring new, pretty panties to wear underneath my dress. (My bra was built in)

I quickly called my mother, and she had the task of rushing out to buy me a new pair before they left to meet us in California!

The boutonnieres were almost left at the guys getting ready location. I forgot deodorant and one of my fabulous bridesmaids bought some on her way to our getting ready location.

We had to bring most of our stuff to the wedding location the week before hand so I had time to get anything I may have forgotten over.

EDIT- Scissors - to cut tags, cut a stray thread, cut any protective tulle off your dress (my attached belt had a this over it).. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!
