I'm colorblind. What color is the floor please? It looks black to me. Is that correct? Then I'd vote for white/cream table clothes with black table runners and super vibrant red flowers. The bold color with the black and white will contrast with the modern art quite well. IMHO.

(The pedestals in the middle of the room, the small walls etc. probably won't be there in order to make room for tables. I think the floor also looks a little darker in these pictures than it actually is).

Anyway, I'm having trouble making up my mind about colors. Fiance wanted black tablecloths with potted orchids in the center of each table. (Orchids are his favorite flowers and some of his family used to grow them). The art will be so bright (same artist as the paintings in the above links) that we figured we'd go simple.

My bridesmaids are wearing black. This might be a weird question, but do you think they'll blend right into the tablecloths if we have black tablecloths? hehe. I'm probably making everything harder than it has to be. Smiley tongue I guess I'm just having trouble brainstorming tonight.

Any color ideas would be very welcome so take a look at the links! Thanks!

With all those colors I think that most colors would look great in that venue. I would stay with a neutral color for the table clothes and accent with the other colors.

I agree. Neutral colors with a bright bold accent. And I think Orchids would look amazing, and you can get then in tons of vibrant colors.

I don't think the BMs would fade into the table. But if you're worried about that, then maybe invert the colors of the cloth and the runner?

I like dark colors so I agree with your FH... black tables with any color flowers will make the color of the flowers POP...

I can see how it's hard to make up your mind... possibilities are endless!

    Good luck choosing!

It really depends on the look you're going for. The colors in the room are very neutral. I would tend for ivory table linens and chair covers. That would just sort of blend in with the room for a light/airy look.

    .

If you want a more dramatic feel then black table linens and chair covers. What are your wedding colors?

Wow, thanks for all the advice! So far the wedding colors are black and white... I still need to figure out what other color to use. hehe. Orig. we were going to use red too, but then walls in the room we're having the ceremony are sort of a maroonish red. We could probably still have reddish/orangish flowers in that other room I showed you.

Has anyone ever seen the book "Simply Stunning Weddings?" I saw it at Barnes and Noble the other day and on pg. 116 they have a table setup that's pretty interesting. They used serpentine tables to make one big long table covered in white. Then they took simple clear vases and put them all down the center, with a few bright poppies in each vase. I thought it looked really cool, but maybe round tables would be less expensive and encourage more mingling. If anyone has seen this picture though, I would love to hear what you think!

I have that book and I just looked at the picture. I think that the look can be the same with the round tables. Though the way they have it set up is very unique. As long as the tables are easy to get around for people to mingle I don't think that would be a problem. I think it is a great look for your venue!
