What color with navy dresses?

I'm sorry, no pictures, but you can always do gray. It won't compete or clash with the dark blue like black would.

I like steel gray as well. I am having trouble figuring out a vest color too. Any suggestions?

Tan/beige/khaki would look fantastic! You could also go with blue sportscoats that would match or compliment the dresses. Otherwise, black would also be fine.

Great pictures!!! I'm not a fan of the kacki suits if it is an evening or formal wedding, but that is just my personal taste (I do like linen suits for summer weddings, but Amy's is in November).

I would pick whatever color is more dominant in your color scheme, the cranberry or orange/red. Your wedding is pretty far away, it is great that you are thinking through the details this early! You will thank yourself later.

As you see in the pic above, dark suits won't take away from the navy dresses. Just have white shirts and the men's vests and ties will show up just fine. The only issue with going with light colored suits in November is it's like a woman wearing white pants after Labor Day. LOL. Most men don't wear light suits in the fall and winter so it may be out of season. I'd recommend sticking with black or dark blue suits and allow the white shirt to bring in the "light".

Looking at the pictures posted (Thanks, Jamie T) I like the grey suits.

I think the black with the white shirts look nice but I'm not sure how that would look wiht cranberry bouquets. The greay seems more neutral in that sense.

Thank you for all of your advice. I am leaning toward a dark gray suit/tux. I would really love to do a blue sport coat with cranberry tie and khakis however, my fiancee is against this. He wants a tux or suit.

We are doing Navy also, but black suits..steel gray would be cool, but I chose the black since I think it goes better with my ivory dress than gray would, also FH preferred black over gray, also black seems a bit more formal if you are having a formal wedding..also it really won't clash, I was worried about that but in person the colors look fine. (for the guys tho we are doing a blue tie and ivory vests, not navy vests, ya that could clash more)

My accent color is green and light blue. I think cranberry would be pretty, but I decided against that since everything would seem a bit dark.

I would say Steel Gray tux/suit with the same Navy as your girls - do the boutenneirs (spl) in the cranberry flowers to tie it all together

Why not navy blue suits/tuxes? I adore men in navy pinstriped suits...
