What will your bridesmaids be carrying down the aisle? Smaller bouquets, laterns, single flower, floral hoops, or what other creative things are you guys thinking?

My bridesmaids are all carrying bouquets. I loved the idea of flower hoops but decided to keep it traditional. We are using them in the centerpieces afterwards so they'll get more than just the 30 mins of use.

I was thinking the same thing! I like the idea of being able to reuse them in the reception as a decor piece. I’m also leaning toward a single flower as well because ik I can cost that way as well

Yes, it can def add up very quickly. I did just spray roses with queen anne's lace and they came out to $60 a piece. That's why I asked if they could be incorporated into the reception lol I like the single flower idea-would be really pretty and something different!

My ladies carried a single rose with a ribbon tied around the stem. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted them to carry. I just knew I didn’t want a small bouquet for them because it would be used for the ceremony. I also just loved the simple look of the single rose.

My girls are carrying smaller versions of my bouquet. We are using mine and theirs along with garland as decor for our sweetheart table.

I have 2 MOH's and 3 bridesmaids. And a junior bridesmaid. The maids of honor are carrying floral hoops and the other girls are carrying the boquets! In this picture my bouquet is in the case behind all the others

That's an awesome idea! I love it I have two maids of honor too! I wanted to make them both feel special since I am doing my bridesmaids all in the same dress. Did you do anything else special to make both of your maids of honors feel special?

So far I haven't done anything else. My teo younger sisters are my maids of honor. Im not sure if ill do anything else or not. I already have bridemaid gifts purchased, im considering adding one more extra thing to their gifts. I don't think they're expecting a whole lot of special treatment. They've never been in a wedding party before at all. Th eres a chance they might also be singing in my wedding

Mine are carrying floral hoops. I hated making my bouquet and they were easier.. What are your bridesmaids carrying down the aisle? 2

Yeah and I know we looking a big fee because my designer/decorator only uses real flowers. That can start adding up. The only way I would be swayed with the smaller bouquets is if she said she could incorporate them in the reception decor.

That's very nice! How many did you have to make? Did it take a significant amount of time?

Most yes! All flowers came from Hobby Lobby. The bridesmaids bouquets started as just greenery, so I added some flowers to them ans wrapped all the stems witj ribbon. The floral hoops had greenery and white flowers so I added the peach flowers and blue ribbon to it!

I was thinking small bouquets, but the idea of lanterns or fans are appealing to me as well. I've been looking at the fans and lanterns online and they have some unique ideas.

A bouquet! I only have one bridesmaid (my MOH) so the cost wasn't too expensive. However we want to include our dog in the ceremony and haven't figured out that yet, so she may just end up with a 65 pound boxer/rottweiler mix instead of a bouquet, LOL.
