What are the best undergarments

I’m in the same boat. I honestly might just try wrapping body tape around my waist. I’m just scared to sweat in it. Or maybe I’ll just put it over my stomach? I might try at my next fitting.

Several brands have options with different forms of shapewear to accommodate different dresses (like backless, plunge neck, etc). And they have some that are bottoms only, so they start around your waist, or include top coverage as well. So I would check Honeylove, Spanx, Skims, etc, to see which brand offers something that goes with your dress. I have a low cut back and was looking for lower belly coverage, and I found a pair of tummy control underwear on Skims that would work.

Try Honeylove or Shapermint. Both are highly reviewed here if you search the forum at the top of the page. Most have either no attached panty or there is a crotch less feature.


If you are looking for a bra alternative, check out Goodlines boob tape. It holds, supports, and lifts much better than a strapless bra or sewn in cups.
