It would probably help if you actually put your list of what you intend to buy and then we can help you based on that. Otherwise, we have no idea of what you're forgetting.

I had a master list of things I wanted and things I had bought which I found to be overwhelming. I ended up going though table by table in my head and listing what will be included which helped a lot for organization and will really streamline decorating. I divided it up by guest tables, head table, sweetheart table, cake table, card/gift table etc.
