Have you thought about doing paper bags or paper boxes to cut costs?

We bought beach themed bags from cafe express.

Some companies sell plain totebags and others allow you to put a design on them. Unfortunately, for the design there is usually an added $50 charge. What about the Kraft brown bags at Michael's? I think they have 12 for $3-4...get some 40% off coupons and your set You could customize them with stamps, embellishments,etc.

Another option...some dollar stores have nice baskets that you could use as well.

We also considered using plastic beach buckets. They are cheap and fit the beach theme.
