My wedding is this Sunday. Dropping these off to the hotel Thursday because a lot of guests are arriving early.

Got the personalized sticker from Etsy and the bags from Dollar Tree!
Inside:WaterAdvilTissuesPretzels, Popcorn, chips, Oreos
Just need a small baggie for the mints and these really good caramel coffee hard candies. Then I'm adding tissue paper on top. So excited for our guests to start coming in!! Almost party time 😁Welcome Bags almost done! 1

    We have a hotel block of 10 rooms. His mother, father, sister and brother are from out of town so they are getting bags too. A couple friends and relatives are also in the block.

    We do have separate gifts for the wedding party. But the welcome bags are for anyone who traveled so they are more comfortable during their stay.

    We will be doing welcome bags for OOT guests also, though we have a lot so we are trying to keep costs down. Can I ask what your cost per bag was?

    My welcome bags cost $7 per bag total, that includes the bag, welcome sticker, 4-5 different snacks, water, mints, tissues and Advil. I had 10 bags total.


    The welcome sticker saved us time from writing a card or tag. For 12, 3" stickers it cost me $18 with shipping from Etsy. That was factored in to the price above. I bought snacks in multi packs and hit up the travel section of the grocery. I'm sure you can do $5 per bag easily depending on what you get.Welcome Bags almost done! 4
