    I would actually suggest the whole 30 diet. PLEASE do not go below 1200 calories! Your body needs that just to sustain itself! You will actually cause more harm in the long run if you go too low for an extended period. I did it, and had one heck of a time repairing my body so it wouldn’t freak out when I ate.

    FH does keto a couple of times per year, and it seems to work for him. Long term, I haven’t heard the best results, so I can’t really speak on that. Everyone is different.

    Losing weight properly is a slow process, and dress doesn’t help. But Whole Foods, and decreasing fast food seriously help. It takes about 2 weeks for your body to adjust typically.

    I second Lose It. I've been using it for about 2 months now and have lost a pound a week (a healthy amount), with just using the app (following the calorie guidelines every day) and light exercise. I'm talking light lol
