What are some tips on losing weight and keeping it off for the wedding. I am more then a year away from the wedding but would like to lose more weight and flatten my stomach a bit more.
Ive already cut out soda, alcohol, fried food and dairy. Any tips or tricks would be helpful

I'm eating cleaner with Keto influences. I've also signed up for an aqua zumba class at my local pool. In less than 1 month I've lost 21 pounds!

My parents have done the Whole 30 and love it! My mom has lost a lot of weight (gone form an XL down to a M in almost all shirts!) and looks AMAZING! My dad has lost weight as well but it hasn't been as big of a deal for him. The most important thing is sticking to your guns.

    Do something to work out!

    Yoga

    Ballet Burn

    PureBarre

    Cycle Class

    Go for a walk

    Run

    Treadmill

    Lift Weights

    Swim

    Join a gym!

    Zumba

Find something you like to do and commit to it several times a week. It doesn't have to be super intensive, just something to get you moving.

Drink lemon water. The flavor will make the water easier to drink. Cold water is easier too.

Gum. Lots and lots of gum.
Mint toothpaste & brushing your teeth ALOT, because it’s been shown that people like the feel and smell of their clean teeth.

Drink lots of water, cut out as many carbs and sugar as you can. Get at least 10,000 steps a day.

I cut out coffee creamer & desserts & soda. I only drink water. I take a HIIT class twice a week and use the Tone it Up app 3x a week at home for workouts. I also walk 3+ miles per week with my dog. I've lost right around 15 lbs in 6 months.

Cutting out those things is a great start, but when it comes to losing weight, nothing is more important than eating fewer calories than you burn in a day. Use a TDEE calculator to calculate your total daily energy expenditure, or how many calories your body burns every day. Eat about 70% of that amount in calories and the weight will start to come off.

It's definitely beneficial to incorporate exercise into your daily routine because it will tone your body and speed up the weight loss. High-intensity workouts should be your best friend because they are quick and intense, and help speed up your metabolism, which forces your body to burn more fat. I found some basic exercises you can get started with: https://www.openfit.com/5-of-the-best-exercises-for-burning-fat
