Weight loss/gain -pandemic/wedding planning

Ok so I would love to blame the pandemic for my weight gain but I can not! I love food. I felt like when we were dating I was super fine, attempting to TONE up. Welllllll that “love” weight 🙄🙄 happened. I’m afraid that the back fat in my sleeveless dress I picked and gut is going to drive me crazy....

My MOH told me that they alter dresses and you will still be beautiful. My FH thinks I’m fine. Buuuttttttt my second chin says differently. I guess I’m my biggest critic but seriously. I know I have time before my Dec 2021 wedding but I’m afraid that I’ll be huge. I’ve already purchased a dress (size 16) almost cried. But the dress consultant said wedding dress sizes and street clothes aren’t the same. I think she was trying to make me feel better lol.
I’m trying not to stress about weight. The more I try to diet the more I eat. Ugh! Lol tenor.gif

You may want to look into intermittent fasting. It will still allow you to meal prep and eat (mostly) what you want, but controlling WHEN you eat, less so what you eat.

What’s really difficult if being a police officer working night shifts and not having a regular 9-5. I eat at weird times and driving around. But I started back on drinking a gallon of water and eating enough to say I ate. Seems to be working. If I through in a workout or two I be worth something lol

That’s the best part of IF, you just move your eating window to whenever you want. You just pick the 6-8 hours a day when it makes the most sense for you.

I hear ya all the way on this!! I have gained 30 pounds since September of last year and I have NO EXCUSE and obviously cannot blame it on the pandemic! I’ve tried so many different products to try and manage the gain and have finally found great, tasty all natural plant based products!

Would you be interested in chatting about what has worked with me?
