Did anyone go into a weight lost plan before trying on dresses? If so what diet? I was told about water fasting but I’m not sure I can do just water for the entire day, I would die 😱😱😱

    I do Beachbody programs and I LOVE each one I've tried so far!

    Yes!! I'm so about this. I second this honestly.

    No fasting. There's no reason to do that to yourself. If you have a desired body image that you want to work toward, then there are healthy ways to go about it (like what PP mentioned)

    Water fasting doesn't work anyway. You're dehydrating your body and you're not actually loosing fat, just water weight. You'd be much better off doing something sustainable - not any of those radical "drop 50 pounds in a week" kind of diet. Try breaking your meals into smaller portions and have some healthy snacks (that you enjoy) throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Even if your schedule doesn't allow you time to go to the gym, try to at least do some walking or running (whichever you prefer) and if you can do some kind of weight lifting at home you'll see much better and longer lasting results and you'll be a lot healthier for it!

    Yes I agree with you, when my coworker mention about just water all day for few days I looked at her like if she was crazy, I can’t believe there is people out there actually doing this. My body would’ve never tolerated that. I started a low carb diet and I walk everyday for 30 min so far I have lost 5 pounds 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

    Great plan, I lost 12 pounds in 2 month now, I started keto, 30 min walk and 30 min body strength. It’s so easy to gain weight but so hard to lose it 😭😭😭. The other day my coworkers order pizza and all I did was walk away and grab a protein bar lmao.

    I been doing keto it’s ano carb diet, walk for 30 min, 30 min body strength. Everyday in the morning I drink temperature water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, I drink my black coffee with no sugar but add almond creamer it taste great. I drink 1 gallon of water everyday. I lost 12 pounds already.

    I just cut coffee creamer, soda & desserts and just started healthier overall. I took HIIT classes & used the Tone It Up app at home, then walked 3+ miles on the weekend. Also, plan and create your own calendar every week. According to him, record regular weight loss. Smiley heart

    Please don't do water fasting! The goal is to burn more calories than you intake, so I would start with focusing on how you eat. Portion control is a huge part and making sure you are eating enough protein and vegetables (especially green ones Smiley tongue ). Then, if you have time you can incorporate some fitness into the mix!

    Cut calories, not food altogether! You just might die! I've been looking up clean eating recently and it seems relatively easy to follow. Cut out the processed stuff as much as you can, like refined flour and sugar. My dad did that for a bodybuilding competition. He cut white flour, white sugar, and his midmorning and evening snacks and proceeded to lose so much weight in a short amount of time that my mom almost sent him to the doctor. Guys have it so much easier. But try that at least.
