Suggestions on how to lose weight before the wedding? The lady that fit me in mybdress told me to fast for 2 weeks before the wedding and take a munch of laxatives... 🙄 I started using our total gym but I just started gaining weight because i build muscle like crazy, (VERY easily). Any suggestions...

First and foremost, FIND A NEW SEAMSTRESS! All my red flags and alarms and bells are going off that another person actually suggested this to you! A real seamstress will be able to make a reasonable amount of alterations to have your dress fit you (unless this is a case where the dress was purchased 10 sizes too small on purpose).

You're already hitting the gym, which is great - your weight does NOT matter, your body composition can change with the number on the scale not moving at all. Focus on increasing water intake, getting adequate sleep, and minimizing stress on top of your normal gym routine!

Xtend Barre with HIIT is great workout, burns fat like crazy and all the workout is working out muscle endurance rather than building bulk Smiley smile I'm doing it to keep my shape until my wedding next July!!

Do not do that you will do more bad than good to your body. Juicing is a healthy alternative lots of water. try apple cider vinegar pills to reduce water weight and bloat

Count calories and measure food, use an app to help track.

    1 lb = 3500 calories. So to lose 1 lb a week you need a 3500 calories weekly deficit. 2lbs = 7000 calories
Additionally add exercise to your daily regimen
