    If you're looking for something to boost your metabolism, try Vitamin D and B12. I've lost 20 pounds since January just watching calories and exercising 3s per week. My doctor recommended adding these vitamins 1) because I was D deficient and it helps with energy levels and 2) because I was asking about supplements to boost weight loss. Good luck!

    My trick is an apple every morning, strawberries instead of dessert, and lots of water. There's no better weight loss magic bullet than fiber! That said, I couldn't say about metamucil or anything like that, I would think over-dosing would be a lot like taking laxatives, so best just to eat fruit in my opinion. I added the fruit to my diet and did nothing else (no increased exercise or eliminating anything from my diet), and I lost 8 pounds.
