Is anyone planning a weekday wedding? A venue we are looking at charges much less if we do a Thursday evening, and we could provide our guests so many more things by saving on the rental costs.     We opted for a Sunday wedding, 1.) for the savings but 2.) we planned over a year out too. We decided with enough notice most people could make it as its a DW anyways so they were going to have to travel and what not. Know your crowd but maybe they will look at it as a way to have a long weekend.
