Hello ladies! Question for you... has anyone used their wedding wire website for the RSVP function? Is it worth it/actually convenient or is it better to just keep track of them manually? I know I had a friend who used The Knots RSVP function online and it turned out to be pretty confusing... it asked EVERYONE if they were bringing a guest even if their invitation didn't indicated that they could. So, a whole bunch of people RSVP'd with unanticipated plus ones! Any insight would be appreciated. I'll definitely use it if it makes sense (and realistically it'll probably be cheaper too) but have no problem just doing it manually either. Thank you!!

I have loved wedding wire's RSVP. Easy to use and you can control who does or doesn't get a guest. We're not inviting kids, and the electronic RSVP makes that very clear as each guest in a party is listed when you search a name.

I'm doing it manually. I couldn't figure out how to set it up.

I've used WW. It's pretty turnkey.

We have it on our website as an option. ONLY people on the list are able to RSVP, they are also getting the option to Do it the traditional way via mail. I am also using the online portion for tracking purposes. I thought it was user friendly.

    2 caveats:

    1) Some people didn't realize that the RSVP system is a 2-step process where you need to click "Submit" after you complete your entree selection. We called a couple people that didn't RSVP and they said, "We thought we did RSVP on the website." I added the following instructions on our RSVP webpage: "To complete your RSVP, click the "Submit" button after the next webpage loads."

    2) After an RSVP is entered, whether it's "Accepted" or "Declined," and whether the guest enters it or you manually enter the RSVP on your end, the guest cannot change their RSVP thru the website. If the guest wants to make a change to their RSVP, they will have to contact you to manually enter the change.

We're using the WW RSVP system exclusively (no mail-in option). For the handful of older family members that aren't PC literate, we just called them for their entree choice and manually input their RSVPs in ourselves.

I went old school and did invites with RSVP postcards to save on postage. Most of my guests sent the RSVPs back via mail, but I had a few RSVP online through WW. I created my website and added all my guests through WW, so they couldn't add guests. It was a little time consuming to setup, but so worth it. I love using the WW app to keep track of RSVPs rather than a spreadsheet.

We are using WW. It's very userfriendly. I entered our guest list and people cannot RSVP for any additional guests that have not been entered onto the site. For those we extended plus ones to, we simply entered "guest". If they RSVP that they are bringing a guest then we will be in touch to get that guest's name. We did send out 9 physical RSVP cards with pre-stamped envelopes to some of our older guests. For everyone else we created a second RSVP card that directed them to the website.

Is there a limit of guests you can have for the RSVPs on WW? Or can you enter an unlimited amount of guest names?

I can’t seem to find where you can view only those that have RSVP’d to the wedding and not my entire guest list. Can someone help?
