Question Future Husband an I have two sons 15 an 11 together. They are to old to be a ring boy. So I need some ideas on what they should be.

Groomsmen? Ushers? They could do a reading or give a (non-alcoholic) toast. I know junior bridesmaids are a thing, are junior groomsmen a thing?

We’re having our (then 14 year old) nephew as our junior groomsmen. It’s definitely a thing 😀

My son will be 12 and he’s going to walk me down the isle and stand by me during the ceremony. We’re not having a bridal party so this won’t look odd. You can easily include your sons as part of your bridal party as well, and it will be totally appropriate. If you haven’t already, ask them if there’s any specific way they want to be involved. Kids sometimes come up with creative ideas.

My little brother is 11 years old and I still made him a ring bearer! He did such a good job and looked out for our flower girl. No said anything about him being too old.

Hey Stacy!! If you want your sons to be ring bearers, that's totally your decision as long as everyone is happy and comfortable in their role then great! There is no age limit!

If you do want a more 'grown-up' role for your boys, then junior groomsmen are perfect! I'm sure your sons would be so proud to stand up beside you both as you get married!

Your brother looks great Jeanie! I love the color of his suit with the bow tie!

I'm sure he was so excited to be part of your day like this!

My FH has a 15 yr old and we are adding an ushers spot so they can be apart of the day. They will walk FMIL to her seat. Smiley smile
