Wedding Without Moms

Hello,
My fiancé and I have both unfortunately lost our moms. As you can imagine, it is very hard to plan a wedding without them. We would like to honor them during our wedding ceremony, but weren’t quite sure how. We won’t have programs, so we were thinking of maybe still making the unity candle ceremony about them. Has anyone seen this done that has any tips? We are of course reserving a seat and putting up their photo, but we would really like to take time to acknowledge them during the ceremony.
