    I would put it on both. have basic information on there when the save the dates go out then add more info to be available to them as they prepare and for when they get the invitation.

    Date time location, brief paragraph or 2 about the location, rsvps, accomodations, contact info and I think that’s gonna be it unless I’m missing something.
