Wedding website url / Custom domain

Hi,

I previously had a custom website for my wedding which was postponed because of the COVID pandemic. The site has expired and I have since begun to restart planning including renewing the payment for 1yrs domain access. My domain appears as "available",



But when I try to claim it, I receive this nondescript message and no changes occur. It doesn't do anything. Going to the registered domain just yields a 404 error.



This happens on any browser (chrome, edge, firefox) and using the mobile app. Can this be addressed? Else the $24 annum is for nothing...

    My images don't seem to be appearing. The message I get, in red text, reads: "You now have a domain associated with your website". But the availability prompt doesn't go away. It seems to be some kind of dead loop.
