Wedding website Faq’s page????

Sexypoodle, on February 11, 2020 at 4:22 PM Posted in Planning 5 13
If you did a FAQ page on your website, what did you include? I’m trying to decide if it’s even a necessary page to have. All important information will be on the actual invitation or somewhere else on the website (i.e. Location, time, travel info, attire, adults only, accommodations, weekend activities, etc).

So what additional info did you put on your FAQ page?

Here's what we put on our FAQ page:

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the
ceremony start time. There is plenty of free parking available & this
will allow time for you to find your seat!

Q: What is the dress code?

A: The dress code is semi-formal. Think of your "Sunday
    best"!

     Q: Can I bring a plus one?

A: Due to our venue limitations, we are
only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Q: Can I bring my children?

A: Our wedding is an adults only event. Thank you for understanding our wishes!

Q: When are RSVPs due? Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

A: RSVPs are due by February 2nd. You may either RSVP online
through the "RSVP" tab or mail us the RSVP card included with your
    invitation.

Q: Can I take photos during the wedding?

A: We ask that everyone please refrain from
taking pictures during our unplugged ceremony as we have hired professionals to
    capture the moments for us.

We respectfully ask our guests not to
    interfere with their work
    .

After the ceremony, we absolutely encourage everyone to
take as many pictures as they'd like! Please share them with us through
Facebook or e-mail them to: _________________

Q: Will there be food and drinks?

A: Yes, light refreshments will be available during cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner.

Beer & wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available during the reception.

Q: Do you have a hotel room block?

A: As most of our guests are local, we do not have a hotel
room block. However, we have included hotels close to the venue under the
"Guest Accommodations" tab if you need to book a room!

Do you have a question or concern that this page didn't address? Please send us an e-mail and we'll be happy to help!

I also put parking info on mine, and an FAQ about what happens if we need to cancel?

We repeated a lot of what was on our invite in case people lost it.

Do you have a hotel room block? When and where are the ceremony & reception taking place? What time should we be there? When are RSVPs due? Are there other wedding events I should attend? Is there a dress code? Will parking be available? Can I bring my kids? Can I bring a date? Will food and drinks be served? Where are you registered? Altitude Sickness? What if I have dietary restrictions? Can we take pictures? Is there cell service or internet at the venue? How do I contact you with further questions?

Thanks! I do find that most of it is repetitive. But I think I can find a handful of useful FAQs that aren’t a repeat
