I had hoped to plan a date for vow renewals within the next few years.. we had a courthouse wedding, we didn’t have help from our parents in costs and we just decided wed rather wait and do it later when we could have the wedding we both wanted.. not having bridal parties beforehand or a registry sounds fine to me but Now I’m reading that you shouldn’t have a wedding gown at vow renewals, I’m a little disappointed..

Not true! You can wear the biggest poofiest ball gown with the world's longest train of you wanted to. There is no "rule" that states you cant wear a wedding dress to your vow renewal. Dont let people tell you otherwise.

Not true! If my husband and I renew our vows I’m totally getting a wedding gown. That sounds like outdated advice.
