Wedding venues with housing?

Hello everyone! I am not getting married until 2024 BUT my fiancé asked me to start planning and getting prices down just so we have an estimate. We are trying to look for a vacation rental that allows weddings of 150 people (hoping in 3 years COVID will be under control) but won’t break our bank! I’m a local here but all the locations I have found are not really owned by locals and with that being said are EXTREMELY expensive. I tried asking around but a loot of my friends and family have just gotten married at a beach or hotel. I however would like it on a private house/estate. So me and my family can stay there and get ready and just not have to worry about driving, time management etc. pls pls lmk if you have any recommendations at all. Thank you!
