I feel if I get to big of a heel I will be tripping and having a hard time walking. I also feel if I get a shoe without a heel, then I will be stepping on my wedding dress and ruining it.

Is there a reason you would feel judged by your shoes? I would go for a lower heel or no heel if I was you. They can cut your dress hem to match your shoes and how you will be standing and walking on the day. You don't want to wear shoes though that make you trip or you will feel uncomfortable on the day and be worried all day about tripping and that would feel pretty bad if that happened as well.

I’m hindsight I wish I would have given my shoes more thought. I got a pair of cheap pair of $50 shoes with a platform and chunky heel made from synthetic suede. For me it was more about gaining height and not twisting my ankle in the grass on my Wedding Day. I figured no one would see them anyway right? I was wrong! Two of my guests asked to see my shoes and not being overly proud I lifted my dress stuck out my foot and quickly revealed the shoe, no words spoken, complete awkwardness, lol. I could have added something to make them special!

These look nice for a wedding. Are you going to have a pedicure or have you thought about what colour you will have on your toe nails or will they be just plain? Either way is good - just a thought .

I only bought one pair, champagne mules with a heel about 1.5" high. They're comfortable enough that I'm pretty sure I can wear them all day!
