Wedding registry

Hi all 🤗 is it crazy to post your wedding registry on community pages? I am doing a destination wedding and have been stressed out because I honestly don’t know who will be going. Thinking about all this money we’re spending and inviting the people we care for , it’s taking a big toll to where I feel like sending them a registry is a bigggg stretch.

Any thoughts?

    Hi Abbie,

I am also having that same struggle too with my destination wedding in May 2027. I am actually looking into the honeymoon fund types of registries like Honeyfund.com. First, no one wants to lug a gift on a plane to a destination resort and then have the couple have to pack more stuff to bring home. I would consider looking into something like that with the option of cash gifts. Cause as much as they are spending to come, to ask them to chip in towards a couple's massage on the beach or an excursion somewhere, etc would definitely be awesome.

I actually love that! I do like massages and that makes so much sense. Thank you so much 🤗

You are very welcome! Just make sure when you mention your wedding registry, make sure to phrase it that your guests' presence at your wedding is an amazing gift already but if their heart feels moved to give, feel welcome to gift us in cash OR visit our honeymoon registry and gift towards an experience, excursion or spa moment for us to enjoy!

    Good luck!
