Wedding registry recommendations

Where did you find us the best registry? Any suggestions also of what not to bother ordering? I was thinking Bed, Bath and Beyond or Amazon

We did Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Wayfair. People favored Bed, Bath, and Beyond. You could also have 2 if you are just between those two. The max suggested is 3, so you can have 1-3 registries and fall in the norm.

We started one with through Zola, but realized half of our guests would NOT spend that much money on gifts. So we kept out Zola registry but added “honeymoon fund” and “house fund” ect where people can just donate as much as they would like to help us out! If they would prefer a gift, we are also registered through amazon! Which is perfect because it has everything!

That's a good point. My friend is using Zola and I did notice the prices for some of the items were extremely high.

Just something to note...bed bath and beyond is closing several stores. We were going to register there but are now second guessing.

I’m registered at myregistry.com...you can literally register for gifts from everywhere. Most of my stuff is from amazon or bed bath and beyond but I even put stuff from Etsy on there

We are doing Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon. One piece of advice, try to register for a wide variety of prices.

My gf did it and I thought it was amazing. She had stuff from Wayfair and pier 1 and pottery Barn for some items but majority of day to day stuff was bbb and Amazon. I thought it was perfect. I would do that if I ever did a registry

We used Amazon and loved it. It was super easy to set up online!

How did you know what to order on Amazon? I am having trouble narrowing down what I should order from Amazon- Are there suggestions for Amazon that you may not ask from another place's registry?

I had a honeymoon fund also but a lot of people wanted to get me physical gifts so I added an amazon registry and it was mostly all kitchen stuff like a microwave, crock pot, etc

We are doing Amazon, Target, and Macy's (mostly because we saw a bedding set there we LOVE). We aren't putting a ton of things on there, by the time our wedding comes we will have lived together for 2 years. The rest will be "please donate to our honeymoon fund".

I only registered on Macy's. We wanted mostly kitchen stuff and they had such a good selection of things. Also, they have fun registry events where you can run around the store scanning stuff while drinking champagne and winning prizes! You also get good discounts (20% off) on shoes, jewelry, accessories, etc. Plus I think you get 20% off everything left on your registry (on top of their constant sales) for 6 months after your wedding.

We did BBB and Amazon. People seemed to prefer BBB and it was nearly bought out. The thing that is annoying about Amazon is that the prices change constantly, so a guest could end up overpaying for a gift.

From what I have been told and experienced as a guest, Bed Bath and Beyond and Macy's have the best registries as far as customer service and ease of purchasing.
