Wedding postponed

Susan, on April 1, 2020 at 5:44 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 5
We postponed our May 25 wedding to October 11. I'm not too bothered by it other than we were under 60 days and are now back to nearly 200. Plus all our spring stuff isn't going to work in the fall, which means back to the drawing board.

You don't want to keep your spring stuff for your new date? it doesn't need to coincide with the season.

    Hey Susan!!!
I felt the same disheartening feeling of watching the countdown numbers go all the way back up! It sucks!! but on the bright side it gives you a little longer to enjoy this special phase in your relationship, you’ll never be engaged again (most likely)!

What are your colors or theme? I think a lot of it can be done in the fall and possibly incorporate another color to your color scheme.

I wouldn’t worry about the season and the things gs you already have.

Hey Susan! I bet if you wanted to reuse your spring things for fall it would totally still work. I'm seeing a lot of couples on WeddingWire choosing to keep all their same colors and decor even if they change season. If your wedding party is in pastel colors and you are worried you won't like the look, could you add a darker pashmina or dark flowers to blend into the palette? What items are you considering changing?
