According to the guide, in St.Louis, most couples spend between $1,200 - $2,850 on wedding photography.
I was unable to find the photographer you mentioned on the WeddingWire vendor directory, however, there are a ton more you can browse if you’re interested - St. Louis Wedding Photographers.
