There’s a kind of crass (but I think hilarious) saying that I’ve used to remind myself in several weddings I’ve been in. Reader beware:
“Pubes not boobs.” It rhymes and is easy to remember and gets the bouquet lower! Haha!

When we were looking at venues that was one of my FH thing was the carpet lol..there was one venue I liked but he did not like the carpet..so we finally found a venue we both liked and he liked the carpet lol..I really did not care about the carpet

Don't worry. I was also confused. I think it's totally up to the couple. I dont owe the most intimate moment of the day to my guests. It's creepy to me that people feel robbed of that moment if we choose to enjoy a few moments of intimacy prior to the ceremony on a day that is so chaotic and fast.
My pet peeve may be odd but, as a floral designer, I don't like the word"fake" as far as describing wedding flowers. Silk or artificial is fine...just not fake lol🤷 I cringe when I hear it...

I heard that at the seamstress. I really don't like that. Its like go away if you can't be supportive. If they put as much effort into their relationships as they did bashing marriage they might have been successful. Ugh 😑

Yeah, I definitely held my bouquet too high sometimes. But that was to hide my wardrobe malfunction. Somehow my strapless dress kept folding down and I was showing more boob than I wanted.

I was seriously thinking I was the only person who had noticed that. It just looks careless and like you ran out of time.

Lol, so true! It's awkward to have people you don't know at your wedding.
