Wedding party arrive to ceremony??

FH and I are doing a first look at venue (ceremony site and reception are at the same place, but our getting ready location is at a hotel 5 minutes away). Our first look is going to be at 4:00 (the photographer said it'll take about 1 hour) and the ceremony starts at 5:30. We're doing wedding party photos and family photos after the ceremony. But we're unsure of when to tell our wedding party they need to be at the location by. Is 30 minutes before the ceremony too soon?

    I would say 30 minutes to an hour before the ceremony.

    Agreed with 30 - 60 minutes. My planner and photographer both said to be ready to have people show up for the wedding (guests, not the party) up to an hour early.

    I would ask your photographer how long they plan on the first look taking and how long the other pictures will take!

    I would go based on your photographer's suggestion. But if it makes more sense for everyone to arrive together, then that's fine too. Just be sure to do first look without them.

    Our timeline has my girls arriving to the venue with me, and likewise with my FH and his guys an hour later. We're not doing a first look but we will be doing some bridal party pictures before the ceremony.
