Wedding on a budget

Parks and community centers tend to be cheaper. If you're really on a budget maybe even try Airbnb

Non-traditional wedding venues are often cheaper than the more traditional ones. Look at museums, art galleries, theaters, VFW halls (or other kinds of community halls), public parks, public beaches, even restaurants with a party/banquet room, etc. Any public space usually requires a permit from the city, along with a fee, but it's still often less expensive than a country club or other traditional wedding venue.

I agree with parks and community centers. Possibly churches if you're open to doing your reception elsewhere?

Our wedding venue had several options and the one we went with was the budget. All together its 650. But just put the deposit down for 500. Norris lake weddings. It's in the country on a lake. Beautiful lodge for indoor ceremony/ reception. Or of course outdoor on the lake or beach. And can put up a tent. Located near Canton Illinois.

My fiance and I found a Pavilion next to a beach and we are getting married there and having our reception there which helps with the cost and our dj is only charging us for one venue instead of two..
