Wedding Nightmares Anyone?

Hey WeddingWire Community!! So recently, I have been having the most crazy and absurd nightmares regarding the wedding. I've been planning for over a year and a half now but for some reason they're just starting. It can go from things not going how I planned, to the venue making me use different color table cloths that don't go with our color palette to my dress being dropped in a bucket of green dye!!! YIKES!! Has anyone else experienced any wedding nightmares? If so, please share! I'd love to know I'm not alone in this! (:

You're not alone! Two of mine I can remember is the videographer not showing up and being forced to be engaged to someone else other than my FH

I've had them. Not all the time though. Anything from people not showing up or unexpected people showing up, wrong food, missing food, flipping out because things were wrong, not remembering any part of it except dinner lol and my bridesmaid text me this morning saying she had one last night about my wedding hahah. She said we kept taking shots before the ceremony and it didn't end well... OOPs hahaha.

I just had my first one last night. A friend that just told me yesterday that he couldn't make it to the wedding showed up and handed me a bunch of dirty pots and pans for a gift. I don't think it was really about the wedding just guilt that I left a sink full of dirty dishes last night.

Oh that's awful! I've also had one similar where we forgot to pay our photographer and he didn't show up and we were forced to get married in my FH's grandparents living room

I’m a little over a month out and i’ve been having them so so badly. it’s most likely from your stress and anxiety around it all.

remember to take time for yourself and do something relaxing.

You definitely are not alone. When I first started seeing post about it, I thought the brides were crazy. That was until I started having them as well. I have had five of them so far and man, they feel so real. They all came within a couple of months so hopefully they are gone for good now. Good luck and hope yours go away soon too!

So far I'm still having them but hopefully they end soon because, yes, they certainly feel really real. I wake up in a panic!!!
