Side note here is Pinterest with brown skin make up looks. I will say pin some looks for your skin tone but I will say a deciding factor for me was looking was 1 - did they do the make up style I like...some people that reached out to me do glam looks only it seems and I did not feel comfortable trusting they could give me a natural look with some pop esp since my FH prefers a natural look over too much and 2 - did they have pictures with people of color. I wanted someone that could work with my skin tone so they know how to match because ultimately I am not full sure what I want so I want someone that can take charge and give me ideas. Those are questions to ask and check out if you see their portfolio.

Love the classy style! Can't go wrong with winged liner and a red lip (I'd suggest Mac matte lipstick in Red Rock, Lady Danger, or Chili if you're going that route).

I think as long as it's not too bright, it'd look fine. Or a darker version of your natural lip color if red feels like too much.

Less is usually best. Light up your eyes with your favorite WATERPROOF mascara. And a light pink for lips. Experiment now so your ready for your big day

Wow I love the look you are going for! That hair style is so classy as well. What shade colors are you wanting for makeup? Like browns, reds, greys?

I think with your classic look a slight cat eye like the inspo pic you showed would be very pretty!
