I don’t want to include titles like Miss Mr or Mrs on my wedding invites. It feels so formal and outdated. How are you guys handling this?

Then don't. Just use first and last names instead.

Not using titles either! Just our First & Last Names, not even middle names.

If you aren't having a formal wedding then they aren't necessary, but if you are then I would include their titles. It is a respect thing and definitely not outdated in my opinion.

We used titles on our invitations but you certainly don’t have to. Also, we addressed like “Mr John and Mrs Jane Smith”, NOT like “Mr and Mrs John Smith.” Addressing the wife as “Mrs (husbands name)” is my biggest pet peeve lol.
