Wedding gift for a friend that I'm reconnecting with?

Backstory-I've been friends with her since middle school and became best friends in high school. We lost touch about 5 years ago due to life and then starting hanging out again occasionally 2 years ago. She got into a fight with 2 of our friends and stopped talking to me. This really hurt me as I never thought that would happen and that she would miss my wedding last year. We have been recently texting and made plans to get dinner on the 30th to talk.

    She is getting married in Cabo this October. We are not invited to the wedding. I found out today that she got married at the courthouse. I sent her a text saying congrats and that I was very happy for them both. We having been texting back and forth and she invited my hubby (i don't know the letters on ww for that lol) and I over to their house for a small celebration with close friends and family. I would like to go after I run errands for a party I'm hosting tomorrow. Do I bring them something like a card or a gift? Please help.

    You don't have to, but it's a nice gesture. Maybe a restaurant gift card and bottle of wine? Or a gift card to somewhere like Bed, Bath and Beyond.

    What about a nice card, flowers, and wine? I would feel so weird going there empty handed.

    I have a friend from childhood with a similar ebb and flow to our relationship. I would do what feels genuine to you, whether that means a small gift or something else. I wouldn't show up empty handed though.
