My dress!! Over the weekend I posted about being super nervous about my dress because the pictures were bad and my dress is very plain and I’m not wearing a vail, etc. well I went back and tried it on and decided to stick with it!! They’re also going to add a very tiny little bow to the belt area....

Over the weekend I posted about being super nervous about my dress because the pictures were bad and my dress is very plain and I’m not wearing a vail, etc. well I went back and tried it on and decided to stick with it!! They’re also going to add a very tiny little bow to the belt area. (Keep in mind it still doesn’t fit properly)

My wedding is taking place in a mansion in Late November 2020 (hopefully it snows!!) and it’s going to be very romantic with lots of fairylights, fireplaces and candles. There’s also going to be a very small Harry Potter feel going on.

Also, I was wondering if you guys think adding a vail (in addition to the cape) would be too much? My sister has a gorgeous cathedral vail that I would use as my “something borrowed “. I have a very big and blingy hair piece so I don’t want to look too over the top.

Beautiful!! I vote no veil. The cape is great alone.

Your wedding vibe sounds like mine! Romantic, candles, fairy lights and a touch of HP!

That's a gorgeous dress and I love the bodice so much! I get it though. All the women on here it seems have big, poofy, elaborate dresses but thats not everyone's style and it doesnt make your dress any less beautiful. in fact, it will make your wedding even more unique to you and your day.

You look gorgeous ❤️ the dress is beautiful and I think adding vail could take away from the cape. It will cover it all since it is cathedral. Best is to try it on and see it. Your dress is definitely not plain, is beautiful 😍

Your dress is gorgeous! I would do the veil OR the cape but I think both may fight with each other. That cape is really cool!
