Do you have a photo of the back? You could always see about alterations building in a bustier. Thats the bra type I would recommend unless the dress has a low cut open back, then its a little trickier.

Ah, ok. So it does dip fairly low. I would suggest looking for a low back strapless bustier. Theyre going to give you the most structure even if the back is low. Youre just going to have to try on a few with the dress to make sure the back is either low enough or camouflaged enough with the lace.

I agree - ask your alterations person to put an internal corset/cups/boning to add some additional support.

I recently saw on Amazon that there’s a low back converter of sorts. Not sure if it’ll work for your dress but if you have a bra you like this might be worth a shot

Honestly its hard to tell from a pic, but you don't look like you are lacking support in the picture, you could be fine without!

You could ask your seamstress to line the sheer lace back of your dress. You would still be able to see the pretty lace details .. then you can get any bra you want because it won’t be visible

Definitely ask about sewing in cups. I'm a DD/DDD and needed the additional support in my dress, they worked pretty well for me. I've also had surprisingly good luck with adhesive backless bras like this one (did not wear with my wedding gown but did wear with a different dress for the civil ceremony we did a few months before the big wedding). Always assumed those wouldn't be enough support for anyone with a bigger bust, but they've worked way better for me than any strapless bra I've ever tried (until you wear them a few times and then the adhesive wears down - I haven't had great luck "refreshing" them after that).
