It seems like you have a TON of getting ready photo time. Is your hair and makeup going to be done before lunch? That’s another timeframe that seems very early to me.

Make sure you schedule in 5 minutes here and there for restroom breaks. It sounds dumb, but it will be helpful when you realize you have to pee and there's no time allowed! What's happening between the time you eat lunch and the getting ready photos? I don't know how many girls you have getting their hair and makeup done, that just seems like a long time to me.

Also, I recommend taking at least 2-5 mins immediately following the ceremony where it's literally *just* you and your new spouse. My husband and I ducked into the restroom right after to just stand and cry happy tears about how excited we were. It was perfect and I am so happy we did it!

I will mention that to my photographer and see if maybe 30 min each would be sufficient. My hair and makeup will not be done until later in the day but we have it early because there is 8 people getting their hair done and 7 getting their makeup done and my hair & makeup artists said that they usually like to budget atleast 45 min per person. We also have to set up the venue a bit so I want to make sure we have plenty of time through out the day to do so.

Ohh I didn't even think about having to pee lol between lunch and getting ready photos it will just be hanging out and making sure that everything is decorated while some people get their hair and makeup done. I have one girl doing hair and one doing makeup with 8 girls getting their hair done and 7 getting their makeup done.

My observations: not enough time for pictures with everyone unless you're also including your wedding party and VIPs in your sunset photos. We allotted 1-1:30 for first look, 1:30-2:45 for wedding party and VIPs before the ceremony, and 4-5 for additional pics after the ceremony. Our photographer did our getting ready and detail shots from 12:30-1.

I also noticed you don't have much time for dinner. I would allow at least one hour, longer if it is buffet because it takes a while for people to get their food. Also, you will need time to do your table visits while people are eating unless you're doing a receiving line after the ceremony.

As long as you are not doing a first look, (and it doesnt look like you do) and you have enough time after the ceremony to take all bridal party pics, it looks good. If you checked with your photographer on how much time they'll need and built it around that, you should be fine.
